We do ship our kits and individual products internationally, including to England. For a mirror that has one section that is damaged we would still recommend re-silvering the full piece to get the best, most consistent mirror finish.
Hi, I believe you are referring to the process of reclaiming silver from a mirror. Unfortunately it is not a practical endeavor. The cost for the time and effort to do so will not be recuperated in the reclaiming, the silver layer that is deposited is incredibly thin.
