Returns
- We are not able to accept returns from locations outside the US or Canada.
- We do not accept the return of items that have been opened or used.
- A request to return unopened items must be made within 30 days from the date of the original order.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
- Refunds for approved returns will be made within 10 days from the day we receive the return.
- Refunds will be issued using your original method of payment (your credit card or through Pay Pal.)
Incomplete Shipments
If your order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 30 days from the date of your order to discuss a replacement or refund.
We will ship the missing items or replacement items to your original shipping address within 2 business days.
Hazardous Materials
Our online shopping cart accepts orders that include Hazardous Materials. Unmarked products do not have shipping restrictions. Products marked with this symbol will restrict the shipping options available to you at checkout and if eligible for return must be shipped to us via ground methods with original package markings. When shipped by Air, these products qualify as Hazardous Materials (Dangerous Goods). The US Department of Transportation requires us to charge an additional fee to ship Hazardous Materials by air. Please contact us for any questions about how to return items with this marking.
Shipping Schedule
Most orders ship within 2 business days. We will notify you of any delays. We ship via UPS and FedEx. Please contact us for shipping by other carriers.
