What is the difference between a Pump Spray Silver Kit and a Basic Spray Chrome Kit?

The Basic Spray Chrome Kit includes all of the items of the Pump Spray Silver Kit plus the additional items needed for application of a base coat and top coat. The Wetting Agent is also larger in the Basic Spray Chrome Kit.
