Description

Dissolves silver mirror deposits and silver leaf. Also removes silver stains from fingers and clothing.

How To Use:

  • Mix equal quantities of Parts A and B.
  • Mix up only as much as you can use in an hour.
  • Apply with cotton ball, cotton swab or paper towel
  • Clean the glass after using to remove the dissolved silver.

Coverage: Depends on rate of use. Tests indicate that 10 ml total (5 ml each part) removes the silver from 2-3 square feet.

Note:
Silver Remover does not dissolve the tin layer.
You can use it to remove a faulty silvering job without having to re-tin the glass.
Rinse the glass well with distilled water before re-silvering.
We do NOT guarantee that this procedure will give you a perfect mirror.
