We try to ship orders within 24 hours.

Ordering:
You can order online using our shopping cart if you have a MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover Card issued by a US or Canadian bank and you choose UPS shipping.

Otherwise you can order by:

  • email using our International Order Form
  • phone (1-708-383-3340)
  • FAX (1-708-383-9059)
  • US mail (see USPS )
  • or PayPal (see PayPal). You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal.
Send us a filled-in order form and we'll send you an invoice with the total cost including shipping. Once we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

Shipping:
We usually ship by UPS to US and Canadian destinations and US Mail to all other destinations. If you prefer, we can ship Fedex. For more information, see UPS Package Tracking.

Returns & Refunds:
If your order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a replacement or refund. We will try to ship replacement items the same day. Refunds will be issued within 30 days.

Hazardous Material Fees:
Our chemicals are not subject to hazardous materials or dangerous goods service fees.
We can not ship gallons of paint by air to any destination.
