This book of 476 stained glass designs – half in color and half in grayscale – shows the Arts and Crafts style at its popular best. The designs are light and linear; stylized flowers and leaves often set into clear window glass and perfectly suited for American homes built between 1900 and 1940. Even the last six pages of church windows are less heavy and dark than their Victorian counterparts. The designs in this book were created in 1913. By the end of World War 1 the price of lead and zinc had gone so high that the prices set before the war were no longer valid. In order to set new prices and refresh the format, the National Ornamental Glass Manufacturers Association redesigned their catalog. This book is an exact reproduction of the Revised International Art Glass Catalog: Domestic and the Revised International Art Glass Catalog: Church published in 1926. They are the last catalogs the Association created.
