Copper Chemicals for making copper or "peach" mirrors

Copper (or Peach) Mirrors

More subtle and surprising than gold, the Art Deco designers of the 1930's referred to copper mirrors as peach mirrors. The color is a little darker, a little more purple, than a new copper penny.
Copper contrasts beautifully with silver and galena.

Copper mirrors:
	Require two sensitizers - Tin for Gold and Palladium Sensitizer Can be deposited over gold or "flashed" silver. Refer to the Metal Layers page for details Show as dark matte red on sandblasted glass A thin, translucent copper surface transmits dark green light
