Aluminum Foil Tape blocks Mirror Mastic from attacking the paint and showing through the glass.

Aluminum Foil Tape is not affected SoyGel Paint Stripper. Use it as a mask to selectively remove backing paint and silver from an existing mirror.

  • 4" x 10 yards x 0.004" thick
  • Supplied on a quick release backing paper
  • High tack rubber adhesive has a temperature range of 32 F to 150 F
How To Use with Mirror Mastic:
  • Apply to fully cured mirror backing paint
  • Rub down firmly with a soft cloth
  • Apply mirror mastic on top of the tape
How To Use with SoyGel Paint Stripper:
  • Apply to fully cured mirror backing paint
  • Use a craft knife to cut out your design
  • Apply SoyGel to remove the backing paint
  • Apply Silver Remover to remove the silver
  • Carefully remove the Aluminum Foil Tape
